The Cub Scout Bear neckerchief is a 50% Cotton/50% Polyester blend. It is light blue with detailing in navy print. This neckerchief is a part of the required official uniform for Bear Cub Scouts (for boys and girls who have completed the second grade or who are 9 years old) and is worn with the uniform shirt and Bear neckerchief slide. The neckerchief can be worn over or under the collar and it is recommended that a den wears all one way to stay uniform.
